
Promotions and Giveaways Highlight Weekend Series

WHEELING, WV - The Wheeling Nailers are getting into the giving mood a little early this year with a weekend of great giveaways and promotions.
On Saturday Night the Nailers will host the Gwinnett (GA) Gladiators for the first time in team history. The first 2500 fans through the doors at WesBanco Arena will receive a free Nailers Ball Cap courtesy of United Bank. It will also be the first night of the Nailers Idol contest. Fans who have register for the contest will be performing during intermission for their chance to be crowned the first ever Nailers Idol. Saturday night will also be highlighted with the Toys for Tots Teddy Bear Toss. Bring a new Teddy Bear to the game and when the Nailers score their first goal fans are encouraged to toss the bears onto the ice. All bears will then be turned over to Toys for Tots.
On Sunday night the Nailers will wrap up their weekend series with the Gladiators on Military Appreciation night. All military personnel with proper ID and Veterans can get into the game for just $7.
Sunday's are also Family Funday. All kids 14 and under can purchase a ticket for just $7. After the game stick around and skate with your favorite players on the ice at WesBanco Arena. To participate in the skate you will need to bring your skates and a pair of gloves.
