Grizzlies Still Winless at Sullivan Arena

Anchorage, Alaska - Grizzlies still winless at Sullivan Arena, as Alaska wins 7-0.

The Aces came out strong in the first period of the game as Matt Robinson and Joe Talbot scored within the first five minutes. Olivier Filion made it 3 to 0 with a 5 on 3 powerplay goal at 8:18. Less than one minute later Talbot scored his second of the game to increase the lead to 4.

The only scoring in the second period was a Steven Later powerplay goal that gave Kimbi Daniels his third assist of the night at 9:37 of the period. Alaska held the 5-0 lead into the second intermission. Matt Robinson scored his second of the night at 8:25 of the third period as the Aces continued to roll. Daniels tallied his first goal of the night on a feed from Peter Metcalf making it a 7 to 0 win for Alaska.

The Grizzlies continue their road trip in Alaska Friday and Saturday. Face-offs are scheduled for 9:15 p.m.
