August 31, 2025 - EVANSVILLE, Ind - The Evansville Otters (40-56) finished their 2025 campaign with a bang, beating the Gateway Grizzlies (56-40) on Sunday night, 12-4. The Otters sent out Alex Canney for the finale and after a shaky start to the first, he got three straight outs to limit the damage to two. Big Inning, Bullish Bullpen Leads to Peoria Sweep

August 31, 2025 - PEORIA, IL - The Peoria Chiefs closed out the 2025 home slate on Sunday, defeating the South Bend Cubs 6-3 on the inaugural Pete Vonachen Day at Dozer Park to complete a series sweep. Vonachen, who purchased the Chiefs in 1983 and was nicknamed Peoria's "Mr. Baseball," would have celebrated his 100th birthday on Sunday. August 31, 2025 - GENEVA, IL - Timely offense and solid pitching led the way for the Kane County Cougars, as they topped the Chicago Dogs 5-3 in front of 6,864 fans on Sunday night at Northwestern Medicine Field. After three scoreless innings, the Dogs (50-48) grabbed the lead in the top of the fourth against Vin Timpanelli (7-8). August 31, 2025 - EVERETT, WA: Powered by a four-run bottom of the seventh, the Everett AquaSox secured a 7-5 comeback victory over the Eugene Emeralds in front of 3,306 fans at Funko Field on Sunday Fun Day.
