
Team-Record Nine Hot Rods Selected as MWL All-Stars

Bowling Green, KY - The Bowling Green Hot Rods, in conjunction with the Midwest League, announce that nine Hot Rods players have been named 2013 Midwest League All-Stars. Bowling Green's nine selections is the highest total this season and a new Hot Rods record, surpassing last year's total of eight picks. The Hot Rods will send three starters, two reserves, and four pitchers to the 2013 MWL Summer All-Star Classic on June 18th at Fifth Third Field in Dayton, Ohio.
The following three Hot Rods have been named starters for the 2013 Eastern Division All-Star team:
- C Luke Maile - Edgewood, KY
- SS Leonardo Reginatto - Curitiba, Brazil
- OF Andrew Toles - Tyrone, GA
The following two Hot Rods have been named reserves for the 2013 Eastern Division All-Star team:
- INF Tommy Coyle - Chalfont, PA
- INF Tyler Goeddel - Hillsborough, CA (Also a 2012 MWL All-Star)
The following four Hot Rods pitchers have been named for the 2013 Eastern Division All-Star team:
- RHP Jeff Ames - Vancouver, WA
- RHP Dylan Floro - Merced, CA
- RHP Reinaldo Lopez - Maturin, VZ
- RHP Taylor Guerrieri - Sebastian, FL
The 2013 MWL Summer All-Star Classic will be hosted by the Dayton Dragons at Fifth Third Field in Dayton, Ohio. The Eastern Division's coaching staff will be comprised of the Dayton Dragons field staff while the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers will coach the Western Division's entry.
