Cougars Acquire Goaltender Kyle Jahraus From Seattle

Prince George, BC - Prince George Cougars General Manager Dallas Thompson announced Sunday the Cougars have acquired 19-year old goaltender Kyle Jahraus from the Seattle Thunderbirds, in exchange for 18-year old forward Robbie Ciolfi.

Jahraus has played five games for the Thunderbirds during the 2009-10 season. Jahraus, a 5'11", 160 pound product of Saskatoon, SK, has a record of 2-1-0-0 this season, with a 5.28 goals against average and an.850 save percentage. Jahraus also played two games for the Tri-City Americans in the 2006-07 season.

Ciolfi played a total of 55 games for the Cougars over the last two seasons, with four goals and eight assists for 12 points.
