Kamloops, BC - Kamloops Blazers General Manager Craig Bonner announced today that Rhyse Dieno, a 16 year old list player from Saskatoon, SK, has been called up for the rest of the season.

Dieno, who was playing with the Saskatoon Blazers of the Saskatchewan Midget AAA Hockey League, is tied for 6th in league scoring with 43 points in 29 games.

"We thought it was a good opportunity to bring Rhyse in for the rest of the season to learn what it takes to be a Western Hockey League player day in and day out," Bonner said.

The Blazers roster now sits at 22 players, including 13 forwards, 7 defensemen, and 2 goaltenders.
