MILWAUKEE, WI - The Hamilton Bulldogs finished their four-game road trip with a 4-3 loss against the Milwaukee Admirals at the Bradley Center on Tuesday night. Hamilton's record now stands at 33 wins, 20 losses, 9 ties and 4 overtime losses. The Bulldogs still lead the AHL's North Division with 79 points.

Scoring goals for the Bulldogs on Tuesday were Chris Higgins, Francois Beauchemin and Duncan Milroy.

Bulldogs captain Benoit Gratton earned his 400th AHL point when he assisted on Beauchemin's third period goal. Gratton has earned 116 goals and 284 assists for 400 points over 432 career AHL games.

Milwaukee's goals came from Greg Zanon, Tony Hrkac, Mathieu Darche and Jay Henderson.

Jean-Francois Damphousse stopped 31 of 35 shots in the Bulldogs loss. Damphousse's record falls to 13-8-3 on the season. Veteran Milwaukee goaltender Wade Flaherty picked up the win by making 27 saves on the night.

Both the Bulldogs and the Admirals scored once on four power play opportunities.

Hamilton played Tuesday's game with two skaters less than the usual seventeen skaters that are permitted to play. Bulldogs forward Gordie Dwyer was suspended for Tuesday's game, Marcel Hossa was suffering from an upper arm injury and Sylvain Blouin was traded to the Vancouver Canucks.

The Bulldogs earned a record of two wins and two losses on their four-game road trip.

The Hamilton Bulldogs will return to home ice on Thursday, March 11th when they will host the former Bulldogs forward Brian Swanson and the Chicago Wolves at Copps Coliseum.
