Three Home Runs Powers RailCats to 10-3 Win over Cougars
June 12, 2026 - (Geneva, IL) The RailCats entered the Friday game against the Kane County Cougars on a four-game losing streak and at an 11-12 record. With Peyton Long pitching and a canceled game, the RailCats looked to get back in the win column.
In the top of the first Elvis Peralta and Camryn Williams picked up hits and Jake Guenther walked to load the bases. Nick Podkul would drive a ball to center to plate a runner to make it 1-0. Cougars responded by scoring a run on a wild pitch that brought in Armond Upshaw.

Woodchippers Shred Goldeyes in Series Opener
June 12, 2026 - FARGO - The Fargo Woodchippers née RedHawks (11-15) earned their fourth win in five games, taking down the Winnipeg Goldeyes (11-15) 10-2 in front of a home crowd of 4,057 on Friday night at Newman Outdoor Field.
The Woodchippers put up a run in six different innings, using five extra-base hits and 13 total hits to pour on 10 runs.
Kyle Crigger started on the bump, tossing six innings of one-run ball with four strikeouts.

Barons Walk-off Shukers as DePino's Blast Seals 3-2 Victory
June 12, 2026 - BIRMINGHAM, Ala -- The Birmingham Barons walk-off the Biloxi Shuckers 3-2 as Anthony DePino goes deep with the game-winning home run before 4,080 at Regions Field on Friday night. With the Shuckers tying the game at 2-2 in the top of the ninth, the Barons get the big DePino home run for the win. The Barons have not won three in a row and lead the series 3-2 against Biloxi on this homestand.
