Titans announce training camp roster

TRENTON, NJ (October 6, 2005) - The Trenton Titans announced their training camp roster today as the team opened camp this morning at Iceland in Hamilton, NJ. Twenty-four players in camp will be vying for a spot in the Titans' line-up for Opening Night against the Wheeling Nailers on Saturday, October 22 at 7:00pm at Sovereign Bank Arena.
Recent additions to the Titans roster include Nick Harloff and Anthony Minicucci. Harloff, 21, joins the Titans from the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League (OPJHL) Champion, Georgetown Raiders. Harloff, a native of Kitchener, Ontario, compiled 11 goals, 32 assists and 59 penalty minutes in 43 games last season for the Raiders.
Minicucci, 22, spent the 2004-05 season completing his second year of business school. Hailing from Maple, Ontario, Minicucci last appeared with the Vaughan Vipers of the OPJHL in 2003-04 when he totaled 42 points (21g, 21a) and was named to the OPJHL Southeast All-Star Team.
The Titans also announced that defenseman Stephen Wood has been recalled by the Philadelphia Phantoms of the American Hockey League. Wood, 24, posted 3 goals, 14 assists, and 83 penalty minutes in 42 games as a first-year pro with the Titans. The Sudbury, Massachusetts product has also appeared in 28 games with the Philadelphia Phantoms chipping in 2 assists.
