Condors Announce Training camp Roster

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors have announced their training camp roster for the 2005-06 season. The roster consists of thirty-two players.

Training Camp Roster by the numbers:

2 - Players from the Los Angeles Kings organization (Ryan Munce, Eric Neilson)

5 - Returning Condors (Kevin St. Jacques, Mike Hofstrand, Andrew Ianiero, Dennis Shiryaev, Davis Parley)

5 - Goaltenders (Dave Cacciola, Ryan Cyr, Jamie McCaig, Davis Parley, Ryan Munce)

7 - Nations represented (Austria, Canada, Finland, Japan, Sweden, USA, Ukraine)

11 - Rookies

Condors Open House and Family Day will take place at the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center this Sunday, October 9th, from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Admission is free with the donation of two canned food items for the Salvation Army Food Pantry. Fans are welcome to skate with the team from 2:00 - 3:00pm. Fans can bring their own skates or rent them at the Bakersfield Ice Sports Center for $3

Individual tickets go on sale on Monday, October 10th, for the Condors October 15th, pre-season match against the Fresno Falcons. The Rabobank Box Office will be open from 10:00am to 6:00pm and tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 322-2525.

The Bakersfield Condors open their 2005-06 ECHL season in 15 days at home on October 22nd, against the Victoria Salmon Kings.
