Moosic, PA - The Scranton Wilkes-Barre RailRiders took down the Lehigh Valley IronPigs 14-1 on Tuesday night. For the third straight game, the RailRiders have score double digit runs against their opponents. Jasson Dominguez had a three-hit night in his first Triple-A contest.

Scranton/Wilkes-Barre got on the board first in the bottom of the third inning. Andres Chaparro and Franchy Cordero singled to get aboard. Then Jamie Westbrook skipped one past the third baseman to send Chaparro home. Jake Lamb walked to load the bases and Brandon Lockridge did the same to plate a run. Estevan Florial drew a walk as well for a 3-0 advantage.

In the fourth inning, the RailRiders poured on some more. Lamb and Lockridge posted back-to-back singles and Wilmer Difo got a free pass to load the bases. Florial drilled a ground rule double to plate two. Dominguez followed with his first Triple-A hit in his debut to send in another pair of runs. SWB led 7-0.

Lehigh Valley broke the shutout bid in the fifth. Darick Hall reached on a force to send Jordan Qsar racing home.

The RailRiders got the run right back in the bottom half. Cordero reached on a walk, made his way over to third, and scored on a wild pitch.

In the very next frame, SWB ran away with the contest. Dominguez smoked a leadoff double and Chaparro drew a walk. Cordero laced a 115.1 mile per hour double to score one and Westbrook followed with a hit to plate another for a nine-run lead. Lamb launched a three-run homer 382 feet, the first of the game. The inning was not over as Lockridge continued with a base hit and Flo pushed him into scoring position. Dominguez had his second at-bat off the frame and roped an RBI single for a 14-1 advantage.

Clayton Beeter got the start, allowing a run in four and a third innings. Josh Maciejewski (W, 3-0) and Zac Houston each had scoreless outings. Aaron McGarity slammed the door shut in the ninth.

Drew Hutchison (L, 5-5) pitched three and a third giving up seven runs on seven hits. The IronPigs utilized six pitchers, including outfielder Cal Stevenson.

The RailRiders take on the IronPigs in a doubleheader tomorrow beginning at 5:05. Righty Mitch Spence is set to get the start.
