Ice Pilots Announce Jr. Mascot

Pensacola, FL - The Pensacola Ice Pilots are looking for a new mascot to go along with Iceman and they want the fans to choose the character and name. The Ice Pilots are having a Jr. Mascot contest to select the new character and name.
Fans are asked to draw a character of a mascot and give it a name. Send the drawing and the name of the mascot to :

The winner of the Jr. Mascot contest will win two season tickets for the rest of the 2005-2006 season and two season tickets for the entire 2006-2007 season. The contest ends December 31, 2005.
"The feedback we have been getting from our fans is a fan friendly mascot. We have decided to add another mascot to go along with Iceman," said Ice Pilots President Mario Forgione. "The contest gives the fans an opportunity to come up with a mascot that they want and a chance to win season tickets."
The Ice Pilots will play host to the Greenville Grrrowl
tomorrow night at the Pensacola Civic Center at 7:05 p.m. Fans can purchase
individual game tickets in person at the Civic Center box office, at any
Ticketmaster location, charge by phone at 434-7444 or through the Ice Pilots
website at www.icepilots.com. For group tickets, season tickets, birthday parties
and corporate partnerships, fans can call the Ice Pilots at 432-PUCK.
