ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK BULLIES 3 @ Richmond Renegades 4 (overtime)

In the month of November, the Boardwalk Bullies posted a spectacular 8-2-2 record and headed to Richmond, Va., for the first game in the month of December. The Bullies were 2-0-1 against the ‘Gades and atop the Northeast Division heading into Sunday's matchup. Down 2-0 in the second period, Atlantic City answered with Shawn Maltby's power-play goal, Jim Henkel's shorthanded tally, and J.F. Caudron's unassisted goal all in the span of approximately four and a half minutes. Renegades' Lars Pettersen made his second point of the night count, this time registering the game-tying goal and sending the game into an extra session. Jonathan Zion took just 1:41 to ring in the game winner and send the Bullies back to Atlantic City with one point earned in the tie at the end of regulation, instead of the much-preferred two points. The Bullies remain unbeaten against the Renegades with a 2-0-2 record and are tied with Richmond for first in the Northeast, with three games in hand on the ‘Gades.
