June 4, 2026 - (Gary, IN) Back for the second game at Lewis and Clark Park in Sioux City, Iowa, the Gary SouthShore RailCats were set for the middle matchup against the Sioux City Explorers after the RailCats won 6-2 Tuesday. Peyton Long, the starter for the RailCats and Peniel Otano who started for the X's traded zeros through the first two innings. RailCats Open Roadtrip with 6-2 Win over Sioux City

June 3, 2026 - (Gary, IN) The Gary SouthShore RailCats packed it up and hit the road and headed out to Sioux City to kickoff a roadtrip against the Explorers. The RailCats came in 7-8 after they won back-to-back series wins. Sioux City got off to a great start with a walk and a couple of hits to drive in Austin Davis and make it 1-0. Elvis Peralta Named the Methodist Hospitals May Player of the Month

June 1, 2026 - (Gary, IN) After a dominant 15 games for the Gary SouthShore RailCats, Elvis Peralta has been named the Methodist Hospitals Player of the Month for the month of May. Peralta, the second-year RailCat, captured the Carbliss Batter of the Week by the American Association after he hit four home runs in one week, including a grand slam on the home opener. May 30, 2026 - (Gary, IN) After an exciting finish to the series opener between the RailCats and the Cleburne Railroaders, the 'Cats were back at the park to face off for game two of the weekend series with both pitchers being former bullpen arms.
