Utah Grizzlies Playoff Tickets On Sale

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies announced today that individual tickets for the 2006 Kelly Cup Playoffs are on sale now at the E-Center box office. The Grizzlies will host playoff games next Thursday, April 13 and Friday, April 14. Face-offs are scheduled for 7:05 p.m. The opponent is yet to be determined.

The Grizzlies, who captured two IHL Turner Cup Championships in 1995 and 1996, now set their sights on the ECHL's Kelly Cup as they host their first playoff games since the AHL's 2001-2002 season. The Grizzlies have not qualified for the playoffs since the 2002-2003 AHL campaign.

Despite losing over 250 man games to injury, Jason Christie's team has put together a record of 35-28-6 as the Utah coach finishes his sixth winning season in as many years coached.

Playoff ticket prices for walk-up customers will continue to range from $8-$28 a ticket per game. Playoff packages are also on sale by calling (801) 988-PUCK.

The Grizzlies finish their regular season home schedule tomorrow hosting the Bakersfield Condors. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
