- T.J. Brennan scored his 25th goal of the season and his second game winning goal of the year. The goal also ties Brennan for the team lead (Mark Arcobello).

- Matt Frattin opened the scoring for the Marlies, recording his 13th goal of the year, 3:12 into the first period.

- Rinat Valiev scored his fourth goal of the season to cap the scoring for the Marlies.

- Antoine Bibeau turned aside 33 shots to earn his 28th victory of the season. Over the past 10 games, the second year goaltender has an 8-2-0-0 record with a .929 save percentage.

- Mark Arcobello assisted on the opening Toronto goal, extending his point streak to four games.

- Andrew Campbell continues to improve on his career best point total, assisting on the Marlies third goal. The assist is Campbell's 24th point of the season.


- This is the third straight game the Marlies have converted a powerplay opportunity. Over the last three games the powerplay is 4/11 (36.3%)

- The Marlies improve to 17-1-0-0 when scoring three goals in a game and 38-1-2-0 when taking a lead into the third period.

- The Marlies finish the season with an 18-5-3-1 record on Saturday games including a 13-2-1-0 mark on home ice.
