
Mason Geertsen Reassigned to Komets

San Antonio Rampage News Release
SAN ANTONIO - The San Antonio Rampage announced today that defenseman Mason Geertsen has been reassigned to the Fort Wayne Komets.
A fourth-round draft pick (93rd overall) of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2013 NHL Draft, Geertsen played in 42 games with the Rampage this season, registering eight assists. He tallied a goal and three helpers in 21 contests with the Komets, and joins Fort Wayne for the 2016 Kelly Cup Playoffs. The Komets opened the first round on Friday night with a 3-2 loss to the Cincinnati Cyclones.
