SAN DIEGO - The San Diego Gulls announced today that left wing Nick Ritchie has been recalled by the Anaheim Ducks, San Diego's National Hockey League affiliate.
Ritchie, 20 (12/5/95), recorded 2-2=4 points with 37 penalty minutes (PIM) in 33 games with Anaheim during the regular season. The 6-2, 232-pound winger split time between the Ducks and Gulls, appearing in 38 games with San Diego and collecting 16-14=30 points. The Orangeville, ON native co-led San Diego in power play goals (8) and ranked tied for third among team leaders in goals at the time of his recall.
