IceCaps Top Wolf Pack to End Season in Victory

April 16, 2016 - American Hockey League (AHL) - St. John's IceCaps News Release

ST. JOHN'S - Tim Bozon potted the IceCaps game-winner with just 2:19 left in regulation against the Hartford Wolf Pack at Mile One Centre on Saturday night to close out the 2015-16 season on a 2-1 winning note.

Adam Tambellini got the Wolf Pack up on the board early in the second, but Jacob de la Rose (from Max Friberg and Gabriel Dumont) answered with a late period-tally. Mark MacMillan and Jeremy Gregoire picked up assists on Bozon's go-ahead goal in the third.

Eddie Pasquale was outstanding in net, stopping 35-of-36 shots in the victory.

The IceCaps also announced their annual team awards during the game.

Rookie of the Year: Michael McCarron

Hardest Working Player: Josiah Didier

Man of the Year: Zachary Fucale

Top Defenceman: Morgan Ellis

Most Valuable Player: Gabriel Dumont

Fan's Choice Award: Eddie Pasquale
