STORM NOTES

- Thursday night's game in Dayton saw the line of Pierre-Luc Sleigher, Maris Ziedins, and Nick Parillo unite to post seven of Toledo's 15 points (2goals and 5assists). Parillo had three assists that night.

- Nick Parillo (3-13) continues to lead Toledo in assists and points. Nick is tied for seventh in the ECHL in points. Toledo's leader in goals is Maris Ziedins with 6.

- Getting off to a hot start! Toledo has a record of 5-2-1 when scoring first in a game this season, and is 5-0-0 when leading after one period.

- The Storm is currently on a two game losing streak. It is the second time Toledo has lost two in a row this year. The first was November 9th in Fresno and November 11th in Bakersfield. That streak ended the next night.

- Toledo is 4-2-0 at home and 4-3-3 on the road this year.

- Toledo's power play scored 2 goals in 4 chances Thursday night and the unit ranks 21st in the ECHL with 10 power play goals in 74 chances (13.5%).

- The penalty kill unit of Toledo has allowed 11 goals in 73 chances against this season (84.9%). That is 16th in the ECHL.

STORM WATCH

- On Tuesday night, it is another edition of the Toledo Storm Coach's Show. Sam Paolini will join Head Coach Nick Vitucci and the voice of the Storm Matt Melzak live at the Bronze Boar from 6-7pm. The Boar is located at 20 South Huron Street.

- Toledo will be back in action this Friday night when the Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies invade the Sports Arena. This is the first meeting of the year between the two clubs. Toledo was 0-3-1 against A.C. last season, and is 3-8-3 all-time against the Bullies since the franchise moved to Atlantic City.

- Saturday night the Peoria Rivermen come to town. Toledo is 2-1-0 against Peoria this season, despite being outscored 5-6. The Storm won 2-1 in overtime October 29th, lost 5-2 on November 19th, and won 1-0 in Peoria November 20th.

STORM PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION:

Maris Ziedins (2 goals – 2 assists = 4 points)

Maris collected a goal and two assists Thursday night against Dayton, and added a goal Friday night in Dayton. Ziedins is the team leader in goals with 6.

STORM GOALTENDER OF THE WEEK NOMINATION:

Logan Koopmans (1-1-0, 5GA & 42SV)

Logan continued his strong play collecting a win Thursday night in Dayton. Logan also turned in a 29 save performance in Saturday night's loss.
