Thuresson Recalled by Nashville

Milwaukee, WI- Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has recalled forward Andreas Thuresson from Milwaukee.

Thuresson has 15 points (4g-11a) and 12 penalty minutes while appearing in all 38 of Milwaukee's games this season. In four different stints with the Predators a season ago, the Kristianstad, Sweden native posted three points (1g-2a) in 22 contests, including an assist on Nov. 10, 2009 at San Jose. Now in his fourth North American professional season, Nashville's seventh choice, 144th overall (fifth round), in 2007 Entry Draft has amassed 95 points (43g-52a) in 239 AHL contests.

The Admirals play a pair of games at home this weekend, beginning tonight at 7:00 pm versus Toronto and then again on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 pm.
