Saturday, Nov. 17 - Hershey Bears - 1 goal; seventh goal of the season
Regier is on a six game point streak, scoring five goals and four assists for nine points.

Week 7 Recap The Sound Tigers were defeated by the Hershey Bears for the first time this season, 6-3, Saturday, Nov. 17. The Sound Tigers struck first with a goal from Blake Comeau, the Bears would even the score by the close of the first. The Sound Tigers reclaimed the lead within the first minute of the second with a goal by Steve Regier. The Bears would score three straight goals to take a 4-2 lead. Shawn Bates, on a conditioning stint with the Sound Tigers, scored the Sound Tigers' third goal, but it wasn't enough as the Bears would score two more tallies to earn the victory.
The Sound Tigers will return to Hershey for a 7 p.m. game on Wednesday, Nov. 21 against the Bears. After Thanksgiving the Sound Tigers will host the Hartford Wolfpack at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 23 and then travel to Albany to face the River Rats on Saturday, Nov. 24 at 5 p.m. The Sound Tigers return home to face the River Rats for a 4 p.m. game on Sunday, Nov. 25.
SOUND TIGERS BEATEN BY BEARS 6-3
For the first time this season, the Hershey Bears were able to defeat the Bridgeport Sound Tigers 6-3 at the Giant Center in Hershey, PA. The line of Jay Beagle, Ben Clymer and Quintin Laing for the Bears, hurt the Sound Tigers as each member of the combination had a goal and two assists. Shawn Bates, who is playing with the Sound Tigers for a conditioning stint before he returns to the New York Islanders lineup, contributed on the scoreboard as he scored his first goal of the season.
