Patterson's Walk-Off Home Run Sends Isotopes Series Sweep

Jordan Patterson's walk-off, three-run home run in ninth inning sent the Isotopes to a series sweep over Nashville, defeating the Sounds on Tuesday afternoon, 7-4, at Isotopes Park. The series sweep is Albuquerque's first since Sept. 2-5, 2016 at El Paso.

The Isotopes trailed for most of the day as they rallied from a 4-0 deficit. Albuquerque tied the game in the seventh before Patterson hit his walk-off shot in the ninth.

Patterson's home run came on the 11th pitch of his at bat with two outs in the bottom of the ninth. The home run was his 15th of the season and the 55th of his Isotopes career, tying him for second in franchise history.

Scott McGough earned his team-leading sixth win of the season after tossing 2.0 scoreless innings of relief

Following a league-wide off day on Wednesday, the Isotopes will hit the road for a quick three-game trip to Fresno. First pitch on Thursday from Fresno is scheduled for 8:05 p.m.
