Week In Review

11/24 @ Gwinnett 3-2 shootout win

An impeccable 53 save performance from Jason Wolfe helped propel the Lynx to a 3-2 shootout win on the road despite missing nine regular players from the lineup. Paul Kelly and Sam Ftorek scored in regulation before newcomer Brennan Lundberg and once-again Lynx John Whitwell lit the lamp to give the Lynx the win in six rounds of a shootout.

11/25 vs. Greenville 8-2 loss

Shaun Fisher's two-goal performance went by the wayside as Greenville exploded for six unanswered third period goals en route to an 8-2 win over the Lynx Friday night. Going 4-for-7 on the power play, Greenville gave up a tying goal to Fisher early in the third period before running away with the game. Sam Ftorek also had two assists in the game.

11/26 vs. Charlotte 3-1 win

Another solid performance from Jason Wolfe, this time with 42 saves, propelled the Lynx to a 3-1 win over the Checkers. David Maracle's first two goals as a pro, including the game winner, pushed the Lynx past Charlotte. Joel Stepp scored the other goal for the Lynx, an unassisted shorthanded marker just 2:18 into the contest. Mike Bayrack scored the lone goal for Charlotte.
