Ice Pilots finish week with 2-2 record: The Ice Pilots went 2-2 this past week. The Ice Pilots lost at home to Greenville on Wednesday night 4-1. Matt Turek scored the only goal of the game for the Ice Pilots. Frederic Cloutier was the losing goalie and Mike Brodeur picked up the win in goal for Greenville. Greenville had 51 shots on goal and the Ice Pilots had 41.

The Ice Pilots defeated the Inferno in Columbia on Friday night 4-3 in overtime. Chris Heid scored the game winning goal in overtime for the Ice Pilots. Corey Neilson scored two goals and Chris St. Jacques also scored for the Ice Pilots. Brandon Nolan scored two goals for Columbia. Todd Ford was the winning goalie and Chris Houle picked up the overtime loss in goal for Columbia.

The Ice Pilots lost at Gwinnett on Saturday night 7-1. Jan Steber scored the only goal of the game for the Ice Pilots. Chris Durno and Pascal Pelletier each scored two goals in the game for Gwinnett. The Ice Pilots had 34 shots on goal and Gwinnett had 38. Todd Ford was the losing goalie and Sean Fields picked up the win in goal for Gwinnett.

The Ice Pilots ended the week with a 6-5 shootout win at Greenville on Sunday. Adam Courchaine scored two goals in the game for the Ice Pilots. Luke Fulghum, Matt Turek and Chris St. Jacques also scored goals for the Ice Pilots in regulation. Chris St. Jacques and Nick Lindberg scored goals for the Ice Pilots in the shootout. Allan Sirois would score for Greenville in the shootout. Frederic Cloutier was the winning goalie and Mike Brodeur picked up the shootout loss in goal for Greenville. The Ice Pilots had 29 shots and went 2-5 on the power play. Greenville had 44 shots and went 0-4 on the power play.

The Ice Pilots start the week with a record of 5-8-1 for 11 points and are currently 2-1 on the recent five game road trip.

Ice Pilots to play at Columbia on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. central time and play at Augusta on Wednesday at 6:05 p.m. central time. The Ice Pilots will play at Columbia on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. central time. The Ice Pilots have a record of 2-2 vs. Columbia this season winning 5-2 at home on November 4, losing 5-3 at home on November 5, losing 4-2 at Columbia on November 13 and winning in overtime at Columbia 4-3 on November 25. The Ice Pilots have an all time record of 5-4 vs. Columbia including a record of 2-3 at home and 3-1 on the road.

The Ice Pilots have a record of 1-1 vs. Augusta this season losing 3-2 at home on October 29 and winning 2-1 at home on November 20. The Ice Pilots have an all time record of 17-3-3 vs. Augusta including a record of 9-1-1 at home and 8-3-2 on the road.

Triple Play Jackpot Weekend is this Friday, Saturday and Sunday December 2, 3 and 4 vs. Bakersfield. $15,000 to be given away. The Ice Pilots will be giving away a total of $15,000 on the weekend of December 2, 3 and 4 when the Ice Pilots play host to the Bakersfield Condors in all three games as part of a "Triple Play Weekend."

The "Triple Play Weekend" works with $5,000 to be given away at each game. To be eligible to win the prize money, you must be a season ticket holder or purchase a ticket to all three games that weekend. "Triple Play Weekend" ticket packages are $33 or $48 depending on seat location. Fans must be present to win. If prize money is not claimed within 15 minutes of announcing the winner, the money will be rolled over into the next day. "Triple Play Weekend" tickets are available at the Civic Center box office or by calling the Ice Pilots office at 432-PUCK ext: 269. Friday and Saturday's game begins at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday's game begins at 4:05 p.m.

This will be the first meeting ever between the Ice Pilots and Bakersfield Condors.

More Promotions for Friday, Saturday and Sunday's home games: The first 1,000 fans will receive Ice Pilots pens on Friday night. The first 500 f ans will receive Ice Pilots mouse pads on Saturday. The Ice Pilots will hold their Teddy Bear Toss on Sunday. Fans are asked to bring a stuffed animal Teddy Bear to the game. When the Ice Pilots score their first goal of the game, fans are asked to toss the Teddy Bears onto the ice. The Teddy Bears will be distributed to local charities in the community.

Jr. Mascot Contest: The Ice Pilots are looking for a new mascot to go along with Iceman and they want the fans to choose the character and name. The Ice Pilots are having a Jr. Mascot contest to select the new character and name. Fans are asked to draw a character of a mascot and give it a name. December 10 home game vs. Charlotte has been changed to an 8:05 p.m. face off: The Ice Pilots home game vs. Charlotte on Saturday, December 10 has been changed from a 7:05 p.m. face off to an 8:05 p.m. face off. The game will start at 8:05 p.m. because of the conversion from the University of West Florida graduation.

Tentative Practice Schedule this week: The Ice Pilots will have Monday off. The Ice Pilots will play at Columbia on Tuesday at 6:05 p.m. and will play at Augusta on Wednesday at 6:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will have Thursday off. The Ice Pilots will have a pre skate on Friday morning at 10 a.m. and play home to Bakersfield at 7:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will have a pre skate on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and play home to Bakersfield on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m. The Ice Pilots will play home to Bakersfield on Sunday at 5:05 p.m. and leave after the game for South Carolina.

Dodge Player of the Week: Forward Chris St. Jacques has been nominated for the ECHL Player of the Week. St. Jacques scored two goals and two assists in the four games and also scored in the shootout in Sunday's win at Greenville. St. Jacques also won a number of face offs this past week. Frederic Cloutier has been nominated for the ECHL Player of the Week. Cloutier went 1-1 in goal this past week losing on Wednesday 4-1 to Greenville and defeating the Grrrowl in Greenville on Sunday in a 6-5 shootout. St. Jacques has been named the Dodge Player of the Week.

Fans will be able to vote for three forwards, two defenseman, one goalie and one coach who have played and coached for the Ice Pilots since the Ice Pilots inaugural season. The New York Nick's/Ice Pilots Ten Year Anniversary Team presented by the Pensacola News Journal will be announced on March 17 when the Ice Pilots play host to the South Carolina Stingrays at 7:05 p.m.
