
K-Wings to Meet Komets in the Playoffs

KALAMAZOO- After clinching a playoff berth last night against the Fort Wayne Komets, the Kalamazoo Wings will refocus their attention to the Komets as they will square off against the archrivals in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.
The K-Wings and Komets will battle in a best-of-seven series that will have a 2-3-2 format. The series will commence Friday, April 17th with an 8 p.m. encounter at Allen County Coliseum. Game two of the series will occur at the Coliseum at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 18th.
Fans that want to watch the game without going to Fort Wayne can head downtown to the K-Wings Official Watch Party location, Old Burdick's Bar & Grill inside of the Radisson Plaza Hotel.
The next three games of the series are slated for the Wings Event Center beginning with game three on Wednesday, April 22nd at 7 p.m. Game four, will be played on Friday, April 24th at 7:30 p.m., while game five, if needed, will occur at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25th.
Games six and seven, if necessary, would return to Fort Wayne on Monday, April 27th and Wednesday, April 29th. Face-offs for those contests would be at 7:30 p.m.
