Gord Baldwin Assigned To Quad Cities

Moline, IL- The Quad City Flames announced today that defenseman Gord Baldwin has been assigned to the team from Las Vegas of the ECHL. Baldwin began his second pro season with Las Vegas and recorded one point (an assist) and 23 penalty minutes in three ECHL games.
Baldwin split his rookie season in 2007-08 between Quad City and Las Vegas. In 37 AHL games with the Flames, he recorded five points (all assists). He appeared in 12 games with Las Vegas last season and recorded one point (an assist).
The Flames are back on home ice tonight for a 7:05 p.m. face-off with Iowa. Lower bowl tickets are $10.00 and upper bowl tickets are $5.00 courtesy of Galaxy One Marketing and McDonald's. The Flames are home on Friday for a showdown with the San Antonio Rampage. Mixed Martial Arts Legend Pat Miletich will be in attendance for a meet and greet with fans.
