Wolves Release Marchesi

The Chicago Wolves have released defenseman SCOTT MARCHESI.

MARCHESI skated in two games with the Wolves after being signed to a Professional Tryout Contract on Nov. 21.

Prior to joining Chicago, he appeared in 11 games with the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators this season, collecting four points (2G, 2A) and nine penalty minutes. He also appeared in nine outings with Gwinnett last season, accruing 18 penalty minutes, after completing his fourth campaign with Sacred Heart University (AHA).

The Wolves (12-5-1-1) open a three-games-in-three-days set on Friday when they travel to Michigan to take on the Grand Rapids Griffins at Van Andel Arena at 6 p.m. Chicago then returns home to Allstate Arena to face the Quad City Flames on Sat., Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. and then square off against Grand Rapids on Sun., Nov. 30 at 3 p.m.
