
Moose recall Derlago from Bakersfield

The Manitoba Moose announced today they have recalled forward Mark Derlago from the Bakersfield Condors of the ECHL.
Derlago, 22, has played in 12 games so far this season with the Condors where he's scored 20 points (11-9-20) and six penalty minutes. He was named the ECHL Player of the Week for Nov. 2/08 when he scored six points in his first two games with Bakersfield this season. In two seasons in Bakersfield in the ECHL, the Brandon, MB native has played in 80 games and scored 77 points (50-27-77). He led all ECHL rookies in goal scoring last season with 39 goals and 15 powerplay goals while finishing fourth in the league in overall rookie scoring with 57 points.
Derlago also played in four games last season with the Moose where he scored five points (2-3-5) and two penalty minutes.
