Tonight's Matchup: After a convincing win last night in Indy, the Cyclones continue this North Division weekend with their third game against the Kalamazoo Wings in the last 11 days. The teams split a pair of match-ups last week in this building to give Cincinnati a slim 3-2 edge in the nine-game season series.

Scouting the Wings: Due to winter weather travel issues, Nick Bootland's club had its road game in Toledo postponed last night and sit eight points back from the Clones coming into this evening's tilt. Rookie Curtis Valk, who was named to the ECHL All-Star Team this week, leads the Wings in scoring with 26 points (11g, 15a) in 24 games. Nathan Longpre has been a strong contributor as well, notching 23 points (9g, 14a) in 28 contests in 2014-15. Scott Munroe has appeared in each of Kalamazoo's last three games after returning from the AHL and now owns a 3-0 overall record with a 3.32 goals-against average. Joel Martin, who was chased from the net in his last meeting with Cincy, has earned a 9-8-1-1 mark with a 2.90 GAA.

The Rule of Three: So far this season, Cincinnati's magic number for success has been three. The Clones have gone 8-0-0-1 when scoring more than three goals and have amassed a 14-4-0-1 when holding their opponents to three-goals or less.

Power Down: The Cyclones have consistently improved their penalty-kill numbers of late. They have allowed just one power play goal on their last 17 kill attempts, good for 94.2%. That's especially impressive considering they've faced two of the top eight power play units in that stretch. Cincinnati has amassed an 82.4% PK efficiency rate this season overall.
