
Charity Golf Tournament Is One Week Away

Bakersfield Condors News Release
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors 8th Annual Charity Golf Tournament is set to take place Monday, November 7th at Rio Bravo Country Club. The Condors are continuing to accept participant sign-ups. Interested golfers can sign up as a single entry, a pair or a foursome.
A Condors player or coach will accompany every foursome and every participant will receive a commemorative golf shirt. Entry fees also include green fees, cart, beverages and snacks during the event as well as a banquet dinner.
The tournament will get underway with a shotgun start at 11am. Holes will feature unique Condors activities including putting with a hockey stick as well as last year's popular poker game.
The Condors are continuing to seek raffle prizes for next week's event. If you have a product or service you would like to donate, please contact Mikie Hayhurst at the Condors office immediately. All donations are tax-deductible and a receipt with a non-profit tax -ID is available upon request.
The event will benefit the Condors Charities Fund. Established under the Kern Community Foundation, Condors Charities supports a variety of schools, non-profit agencies and events throughout Kern County. Any business or individual wishing to support the Condors charity efforts may make a donation at any time.
