Wheeling Nailers 2 @ ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK BULLIES 8

Tied 1-1 at the end of the first period, the Bullies were a vibrant force for the remaining two frames and handily defeated the Wheeling Nailers by a final of 8-2. Led by right wing Scott Matzka, whose five points included an unassisted goal 11 seconds into the second period, the Bullies offered little room for the Nailers to stage a comeback. Recent acquisition Carl Corazzini tallied his first and second goals as a member of the Bullies. Ryan Mougenel picked up a rebound shot by Luke Curtin, dished it to Corazzini in the slot, and the former Providence Bruins forward one-timed it over the glove of Nailers netminder Mike Valley for the game winner. Paul Spadafora had his best performance with the Bullies thus far, tallying a goal and two assists and finishing the game with a +4. Rookie Jade Galbraith netted his first goal as a professional while rookie goaltender Matt Yeats made his professional debut in net after four years at the University of Maine. Yeats stopped 21 Nailers shots and is 1-0-0 on the season. Curtin, Mougenel, and Mike Nicholishen each earned two assists in the win. The Bullies are now 3-0-0 at Boardwalk Hall.

ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK BULLIES 3 @ Reading Royals 2

In its first road game this season, the Bullies managed to beat the Reading Royals, 3-2, and improved to 4-0-0 on the season. Scott Stirling was named the first star of the game after making 20 saves, including a flurry in the third period that kept Royals fans on the edge of their seats. Bullies rookie Jade Galbraith tallied his second goal in two nights, while forward Carl Corazzini scored the game winner and improved his goals total to three. Scott Matzka contributed an assist, finishing the two-game weekend with six points (2G,4A). Kevin Colley kept his three-game goal-scoring streak alive, netting a power-play goal in the second period. Royals' Brad Rooney scored with three seconds left in the third period, while Steve Rymsha earned an assist on each Reading goal. Royals netminder Jeff Sanger made 23 saves in the loss.

The Bullies face off against the Reading Royals for the second time this season and first time at Boardwalk Hall. Saturday the Bullies defeated the Royals, 3-2, in Reading.

Trenton Titans @ ATLANTIC CITY BOARDWALK BULLIES Boardwalk Hall, 7:05 p.m.

The Bullies and the Titans go head-to-head for the first of ten meetings this season. In preseason action, the Titans defeated the Bullies 4-1 at Pro Skate USA in South Brunswick, N.J., on Sunday, October 6.
