Grand Rapids Griffins vs. Milwaukee Admirals TONIGHT 7 p.m. Van Andel Arena
Grand Rapids Griffins vs. Texas Stars Saturday 7 p.m. Van Andel Arena
* Following a season-high six-game road trip, the Griffins will continue their quest for the playoffs this weekend as they return home to start a three-game stand at Van Andel Arena. With only five home games left in the regular season, the Griffins are expected to welcome crowds in excess of 10,000 to each of this weekend's games.
* Tonight, fans can partake in $1 domestic drafts and $1 hot dogs from 6-8 p.m. while supplies last, and the first 1,500 fans will receive a Ville Leino Griffins jersey card courtesy of Chemical Bank. Women who purchased a Ladies' Night Out package will enjoy a pre-game pamper party, while others can take advantage of the popular College Night promotion.
* On Saturday, 2,000 fans will receive a Griffins beach towel courtesy of metroPCS. The Griffins will wear special jerseys that will be auctioned to the public in the Huntington Club following the game, with all proceeds benefiting PennyBen & American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge as part of their "Hockey For Hope" fundraising campaign. Fans can enjoy Mascot Mania, post-game player autographs (Brad May, Jordan Owens and Ole-Kristian Tollefsen) and a post-game skate.
TICKETS: Tickets for both games are available at The Zone at Van Andel Arena and all Star Tickets outlets, including Meijer stores. Call 222-4000 / 800-585-3737 or purchase online at griffinshockey.com.
