Washington Mystics Unveil 2026 Rebel Edition Uniform

May 8, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Washington Mystics, in collaboration with Nike and the WNBA, have unveiled their new WNBA Nike Rebel Edition uniform. The uniform pays tribute to Washington D.C.'s U Street and its Black Broadway era (1920s-1950s), as well as the women entrepreneurs and entertainers who sustained the corridor through times of adversity. Mystics Announce 2026 Opening Night Roster

May 7, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Washington Mystics announced their opening night roster, with the season beginning Friday, May 8, on the road against the Toronto Tempo. The team's roster for opening night stands at 14, including two developmental players. Washington will open its home slate on Sunday, May 10, against the New York Liberty, where the first 1,997 fans in attendance will receive a Mystics Retro Snapback Hat courtesy of Capital One.... Washington Mystics Sign Alicia Flórez to Developmental Contract

May 7, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Washington Mystics announced today that the team has signed guard Alicia Flórez to a developmental contract. A native of León, Spain, Flórez stands 5-foot-9 and most recently played for Ensino Lugo's 2025-26 campaign in Spain's Liga Femenina Endesa (LF-Endesa). She averaged 11.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.9 steals per game in 32 showings. Cotie McMahon Injury Update

May 7, 2026 - WASHINGTON, D.C. - Washington Mystics guard Cotie McMahon sustained a partial tear of the UCL in her left elbow on May 3 against the Atlanta Dream.
