May 8, 2026 - ORLANDO, Fla. - The North Carolina Courage fell 1-0 against the Orlando Pride in a rain-soaked Friday night showdown at Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida.
With the loss, the Courage now have 2W-3L-3D record on the season. The Courage outshot the Pride 12-9 and Kailen Sheridan made multiple impressive stops to keep Orlando off the board until the 87'. May 6, 2026 - CARY, N.C. - The North Carolina Courage today confirmed forward Payton Crawford (née Linnehan) suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) during a training session on the team's road trip to Houston and Boston. Crawford will be placed on the Season-Ending Injury list and will miss the remainder of the 2026 season.

May 4, 2026 - CARY, N.C. - North Carolina Courage midfielder Ashley Sanchez has been named the NWSL Player of the Month for the month of April by the NWSL Media Association and the league's on-air broadcast talent, the league announced Monday.
Sanchez scored three goals in three matches, and each one contributed to the Courage going unbeaten in the month. She scored the equalizer in the draws against Boston and Portland and scored the match-winner in North Carolina's 1-0 win in Houston.
