April 18, 2019 - The North Carolina Courage, defending champions of the National Women's Soccer League, won their first game of the season with a dominating 5-0 performance against the Orlando Pride in front of 4,292 fans at WakeMed Soccer Park Wednesday night. The result was the league's largest winning margin since the Courage defeated the Houston Dash 5-0 on September 8, 2018. April 15, 2019 - CARY, N.C. - The North Carolina Courage return to the pitch this Wednesday, April 17 as they host the Orlando Pride at Sahlen's Stadium at WakeMed Soccer Park at 7 p.m. The NC Courage kicked off their season last Saturday with a 1-1 draw against the Chicago Red Stars after Crystal Dunn scored the equalizer in the second half. April 15, 2019 - The National Women's Soccer League champion North Carolina Courage's home opener against the Chicago Red Stars ended with a 1-1 tie in front of 4,053 fans at WakeMed Soccer Park Saturday night.
