Vote Todd Robinson into the CHL All-Star Game

ODESSA, TX - With the Central Hockey League's 2011 All-Star Game set to be played on January 12th, the last available roster spot in the game will decided by a fan vote and Odessa's Todd Robinson is one of the candidates for that spot.

Until 5:00 PM CST on Friday, fans can visit the CHL's Facebook page and place their vote for Robinson to be awarded the opportunity to play in the game. This year's exhibition will be played in Rapid City, SD and will feature the host Rapid City Rush squaring off against a team of all-stars compiled from the other 17 CHL teams.

Robinson currently leads the league with 49 points overall, 16 goals and 33 assists. Robinson's teammate, Sebastien Thinel, has already been named as a starter in the game.

The other three candidates for the final spot are Colorado's Riley Nelson, Bossier-Shreveport's Justin Aikins, and Missouri's Nick Sirota, along with Robinson.

The Odessa Jackalopes are the Central Hockey League affiliate for the NHL's New York Islanders and the AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers. The team is currently in the middle of its 14th season.
