Titans Get Stiff Test With Three Divisional Games

The Trenton Titans (9-7-2) look to move up in the Northeast Division with three games this week. On Wednesday night (November 27th) the Titans travel to Richmond to face the Renegades (12-8-0). The teams have split the first four meetings, with each winning one game at home and one on the road. It is the fifth of nine meetings against the Renegades. On Friday night the Titans host the Charlotte Checkers (7-7-1) in the first of six meetings between the divisional foes. The Titans were 3-1 last season against the Checkers, including a 3-0 mark in Trenton. On Saturday night the Titans host Atlantic City (10-4-3) for the third of 10 meetings in the "Garden State Cup" series. The Bullies won the first two meetings this season at Boardwalk Hall by a combined score of 7-4.

Edinger Nets Hat Trick In Season High Point Night:

Center Adam Edinger netted his second career hat trick with the Titans when he turned in a season high five-point (3 goals, 2 assists) effort in the 6-5 win over Roanoke last Friday night. He scored a power play goal, a short-handed goal and an even strength goal in the win, and now has seven points (5 goals, 2 assists) in just two games against the Express this season. Edinger leads the team in goals (10), power play goals (6) and points (21). He notched a hat trick in his first professional game on March 24, 2000 in the Titans' 10-1 win @ Toledo.

The ‘Duke' of Trenton:

Rookie center Kent Davyduke notched a season and career high four assists in Friday night's contest, and has registered a point in 11 of the Titans' 18 games this season. His 19 points (7 goals, 12 assists) are second to Adam Edinger (10 goals, 11 assists) on the Titans, and tie him for fifth in the ECHL in rookie scoring. Davyduke's seven goals rank him second on the team, and fifth among first-year ECHL players. He has two game-winning goals, most recently on November 12th in the Titans' 5-1 win vs. Dayton, and notched a goal and an assist during a call-up Saturday night to Hershey (AHL) in the Bears' 3-3 tie against Milwaukee.

Rudkowsky Remains Perfect In Trenton:

Cody Rudkowsky improved his record to 6-0 lifetime at the Sovereign Bank Arena with a 41-save performance in the 6-5 win last Friday night against Roanoke. He is 3-0 this season with the Titans, and was 3-0 against the Titans as a member of the Peoria Rivermen. Overall, Rudkowsky is 3-1 with a 2.76 goals-against average and .905 save percentage.

The Titans Help To Feed The Homeless and Hungry Of Trenton:

- With the approaching holiday and a short week in town, there are no appearances this week. Today (November 25th) Titans' players delivered food to the East Trenton Center. Non-perishable items were donated by fans during all home games in November, and will continue to be collected in the month of December for the impending holidays.
