Columbia Inferno News Release
Wednesday, November 27th vs. Pee Dee Carolina Coliseum 7:05pm
This is the third game of the season between the Pride and the Inferno. The series is tied at one. This will be the first game in Columbia. The Inferno and Pride are tied for second place in the Southeast Division with 22 points.
Friday, November 29th at Roanoke Roanoke Civic Center 7:35pm
This is the first meeting in franchise history between the two teams. Roanoke is sixth in the Northeast Division with 18 points.
Saturday, November 30th at Columbus Columbus Civic Center 7:00pm
This will be the second meeting for the Inferno and Cottonmouths. Columbia opened their season against the Cottonmouths and won the game 6-3. Columbus is in a three-way tie for second place along with Columbia and Pee Dee, but has played three more games.
Sunday, December 1st vs. Greenville Grrrowl Carolina Coliseum 4:05pm
Columbia is 2-0-0 against the Grrrowl this season. The Grrrowl is in seventh place in the Southeast Division with 16 points. The Inferno is 6-3-1 all-time overall against Greenville.

The Columbia Inferno held the Pee Dee Pride to one second period goal before exploding with four goals in the third period. Eric Labelle scored his first goal of the season with assists from Matt Ulwelling and Mike Legg to tie the game. Corey Hessler scored on the power play at 7:38 with Chris St. Croix and Rejean Stringer assisting. Just over a minute later, Mike Legg gave the Inferno a two-goal lead, scoring off of Matt Ulwelling. Rejean Stringer scored a shorthanded, empty net goal with :30 left in the game as the Inferno skate pass the Pride 4-1.
