South Carolina has a record of 3-0-1 in four games against the Pride this season. The Rays are 16-7-2 against the Southeast and 8-5-1 at home within the division. This is the first game of a home and home series.

Pee Dee has the most home wins in the Southeast division, with a home record of 10-3-3. The Rays are 10-4-2 on the road. Both teams are 5-3-2 in their last ten games.

The Stingrays have a record of 3-1 against the Grrrowl this season. Greenville has a record of 7-7-1 away from the Bilo Center this season.

At the Coliseum: Boys and Girls Club Create a Jersey night. Rays will wear Jersey's created by an area youth in Boys and Girls Club Contest.

Last Week in Review:

The Stingrays began the week with a 4-2 come from behind win against the Charlotte Checkers in Charlotte on Thursday. On Friday, the Rays lost to Columbia at home, when the Inferno scored two third period goals to rally for a 3-2 win. On Saturday, Matt Desrosiers netted two goals to help the Stingrays into overtime, in Columbia. The team lost its second overtime game of the season when Columbia's Chris St. Croix scored in the extra session for a 3-2 win.

Team Notes:

South Carolina's power play has been hot lately scoring 15 goals in the teams last ten games. The Rays are now ninth in the ECHL on the man advantage with a mark of 20.3%. The Stingray penalty kill is now 14th in the league at 81.3%. The Stingrays are now 4-1 in shootouts and 3-2 in overtime. South Carolina's record is better on the road (10-4-2) then at home (9-6-1). The team is 16-7-2 against the Southeast Division. The Rays are 11-3-3 in one goal games this season.

Players:

Rod Taylor had one assist on the week and inched closer to Darryl Noren's all time ECHL point total of 685. Taylor now has 680 career points. He has ten points on five goals and five assists in fourteen games with South Carolina. Kirk Daubenspeck still leads the ECHL in wins with 18. He has started all but four games for the Stingrays this season. Dave Seitz has scored 199 goals in a Stingrays uniform. No player has ever scored 200 in a Stingrays uniform.
