Rewind:
Friday, MANCHESTER 5 vs. Lock Monsters 4 (SO)
In the Lock Monsters first trip to the Queen City, the Monarchs took a 2-0 lead in the first period. But four straight goals by Lowell put them in front by a 4-2 margin by the early stages of the third period. Manchester would not go quietly however, scoring twice in the third to tie the game and force the extra session. After a scoreless overtime, Manchester took the win in the shootout.

Saturday, LOCK MONSTERS 5 vs. Hartford 4 (SO)
The Lock Monsters overcame two separate one-goal deficits to take a 4-2 lead in the third period against visiting Hartford on Saturday night. But once again, the lead didn't hold and the Wolf Pack tied the game up with less than four minutes remaining. But Chad Larose, who scored in regulation as well, ended the game as Lowell's fifth shooter in the shootout and the Monsters took the win.

Sunday, BRIDGEPORT 5 vs. Lock Monsters 1
Lowell played red-hot Bridgeport close through 40 minutes, but a three-goal third period thwarted the Lock Monsters on Sunday afternoon in a 5-1 loss. Vince Bellissimo scored the only goal for Lowell on a late power play.

Monsters Memos
- Three players were called up to the NHL in the span of three days last weekend for the Lock Monsters. D Danny Richmond (Carolina), RW Craig Adams (Carolina) and RW Cody McCormick (Colorado) were recalled on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
- Lowell went 11 games this season without even seeing an overtime period, but then appeared in three consecutive shootout games from 11/6 - 11/12.
- The Lock Monsters have not allowed a power play goal in six games. That covers 29 consecutive power plays without a goal by Lowell opponents. Lowell leads the league with a 91.8% penalty kill - over 3% better than the next closest team.
- LW Andrew Ladd had not recorded an assist in the first 12 games of the season, but now has a three-game assist streak and four helpers during that stretch.
- D Mitch Love picked up his first two professional points on Saturday night, racking up a pair of assists in the 5-4 win over Hartford.

Notes from "The Show"
- Craig Adams (1gp, 0pts, 0 PIM) and Danny Richmond (2gm, 0pts, 0 PIM) have both made their debuts with Carolina this season. For Richmond, it's his first two NHL games of his young career.
