Mallards Launch Mobile App

MOLINE, Ill. (October 24, 2015) - The Quad City Mallards have teamed with Hopscotch (gohopscotch.com) to launch the Mallards' official mobile app, the team announced today. Fans can download the free app right now for both Apple and Android.
The app will feature a wide array of exclusive content, including:
- Behind the scenes video
- Breaking news and scoring alerts
- Interviews and video messages from coach Terry Ruskowski and Mallards players.
- Instant access to live scores, stats and standings.
- Special offers from the team and from Mallards partners.
Fans who download the app prior to the Mallards' Wednesday, November 4 game against the Missouri Mavericks will receive a free ticket to that contest.
"We are very excited to offer our fans a mobile, interactive feature that will allow them to stay connected to the Mallards as frequently as they'd like," said Mallards executive vice president Bob Hoffman. "The access our fans will have to the team will be unmatched with exclusive app-only content, promotions and specials. We'd also like to thank Hopscotch, which has been a great partner in developing the Mallards app and opening the mobile door for our dedicated fan base."

The Mallards encourage fans throughout the season to share their Mallards moments at games, in the community, visiting Mallards sponsors and in all the other ways they support the team by tweeting with the hashtag #myqcmallards.
