Kaczowka reassigned to Peoria

The Gwinnett Gladiators announced today that forward David Kaczowka has been reassigned to the Peoria Rivermen by the Atlanta Thrashers in exchange for financial consideration.

Selected by the Atlanta Thrashers in the fourth round of the 1999 NHL Entry Draft with the 98th overall pick, Kaczowka joined the Gladiators in December after recovering from an off season injury.

In 22 games with the Gladiators, the Regina, Saskatchewan native tallied a goal and two assists for 3 points while racking up 118 penalty minutes including eight majors.
