Utah Grizzlies News Release

West Valley City, Utah - The Utah Grizzlies welcome a longtime rival in the Phoenix RoadRunners back to the E-Center this evening for a two-game weekend set. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 p.m.

The RoadRunners first played the Salt Lake Golden Eagles in 1969 and were IHL rivals of the Grizzlies up until 1997. The 'Runners returned to downtown Phoenix this season, joining the ECHL.

Center Kris Kasper and defenseman Treavor Peterson are close to returning from injuries and could be in Jason Christie's lineup as soon as tonight. Kasper, a second-year pro, has played just four games for the Grizzlies this season, suffering two separate long-term injuries. He split last year between Peoria (ECHL) and Worcester (AHL) tallying 18 points (eight goals, 10 assists) and 211 penalty minutes.

Peterson was acquired in a trade from Augusta in December. Utah is 6-3-1 with him in the lineup.

Tonight is *Family Feast Night* with select concession items $1 at E-Center concession stands.
