Fuel Acquire Stroh from Rapid City, Vossen from Missouri

INDIANAPOLIS - The Indy Fuel, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's Chicago Blackhawks and the AHL's Rockford IceHogs, announced Monday that forward Patrick Cullen was traded to the Rapid City Rush in exchange for forward Kyle Stroh and forward Evan Vossen was acquired via trade from the Missouri Mavericks in exchange for future considerations.

A 6'1", 195 lb. right-handed shooting forward and Vibank, Saskatchewan native, Stroh has seven goals and 14 points to his credit so far this season in 32 appearances for Rapid City. In 58 games played for the Rush in the CHL in 2013-14, Stroh registered 13 goals and 21 points, along with 12 penalty minutes and a +2 rating. Prior to his professional career, Stroh appeared in 115 games at the NCAA DIII level for St. Norbert University, registering 49 goals and 103 points over that span.

A 28 year-old native of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Vossen joins the Fuel after 22 appearances for the Mavericks this season in which the 6'0", 190 lb. winger tallied four goals, seven points, six penalty minutes and a -3 rating. In two full seasons in the CHL for Missouri from 2012 to 2014, Vossen tallied 25 goals and 50 points in 115 appearances with 63 penalty minutes and a +11 rating. Prior to his pro career, Vossen skated in parts of five seasons for Montreal's McGill University in the OUAA from 2007 to 2012.

A 25-year old native of Washington, D.C., Cullen notched seven goals and 16 total points in 31 appearances for the Fuel this season.
