Allen, Texas - The Allen Americans hosted three Central Division games this week including a New Year's Eve showdown with the Rapid City Rush .

Wednesday, December 31st vs. Rapid City - 5-3 Win
Allen, Texas - Jack Combs netted his second hat trick of the season as the Allen Americans improved to 6-0 all-time on New Year's Eve. Rylan Schwartz had a goal and an assist, as well.
Friday, January 2nd vs. Rapid City - 4-3 Win
Allen, Texas - Ian Schultz scored twice, his 11th and 12th goals of the season, as the Americans defeated the Rapid City Rush for the second time in two days. Schultz netted the game winner for Allen, shorthanded in the second period, as the Americans shutdown the Rush in the third period.
Sunday, January 4th vs. Wichita - 3-2 Win
Allen, Texas - The Americans outscored Wichita 3-1 in the second period and held on for a 3-2 win on Sunday afternoon at Allen Event Center. Rylan Schwartz scored his 4th of the season and extended his point streak to six games
