
Florida Holiday Invitational Tournament coming to Germain Arena

The tournament is at Germain Arena December 27 - 31 2007. Mite, Squirt, and Peewee divisions play December 27 - 29, and the Bantam and Midget divisions play December 29 - 31. Both the Jr. Everblades and Florida Everblades AAA will participate in this year's tournament.
This year's tournament breaks the USA Hockey Southeast District record for largest tournament ever. The original record of 81 teams was attained at the 6th Annual Florida International Holiday Hockey Invitational 2005. This year's record number of teams stands at 85 with a total of 178 games taking place over the five days. The States of Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Colorado, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Virginia, and Alaska are represented this year. Toronto and Quebec are also taking part in the tournament.
