Obrian, 26, scored his fifth and sixth goals of the season in the 4th and 73rd minutes to help FC Dallas earn a point at Red Bull Arena. His early goal came after New York City FC's Anton Tinnerholm failed to clear a cross from Paxton Pomykal and found Obrian near the top of the six-yard box who finished the play with a right-footed shot to give Dallas a 1-0 lead. Obrian scored his second goal of the night five minutes after NYCFC had a 3-2 lead when he forced a turnover and sent the ball to Andrés Ricaurte who found Obrian through NYCFC's defense and fired a right-footed shot past Sean Johnson.
