Cullaton Tabbed Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Columbus right wing Brent Cullaton is the InGlasCo East Coast Hockey League Player of the Week for November 4-10.

Cullaton scored five goals, including two game-winning goals, and six points as Columbus went 2-0-1.

The 6-0 and 210-pound Cullaton scored all three of the Cottonmouths goals in a 3-2 win at Florida on Friday. It was the second hat trick of the season for Columbus as Jeff Zehr scored three goals in a 7-5 loss against Greenville on October 26.

Cullaton, who played for Florida in 1999-2000, came back on Saturday and scored a pair of goals, including the game winner in a 5-4 overtime win at Florida.

Cullaton leads the Cottonmouths with eight goals, two game-winning goals and two short-handed goals while ranking second on the team with seven assists and 15 points. His two short-handed goals tie him for third in the ECHL while his two game-winning goals tie him for sixth.

On behalf of Brent Cullaton, a case of pucks will be donated to a Columbus area youth hockey organization by InGlasCo, the official puck supplier of the ECHL.
