Cougars select Carter Rigby in the 8th Round

Prince George, BC - After choosing Alberta players with their first five picks, the Prince George Cougars hit BC for their 8th round selection.

The Cougars have chosen left winger Carter Rigby 158th overall, who played this past year for his hometown Penticton Vees bantam AAA squad. In 47 games in 2008-09, Rigby posted 67 goals and added 53 assists. Rigby is 5'10" tall and weighs 175 pounds.
