
Chiefs Announce Playoff Roster

Johnstown Chiefs News Release
Johnstown, PA- Johnstown Chiefs General Manager Toby O'Brien announced today the teams playoff roster for the 2002 Kelly Cup Playoffs. Each team is permitted to have 20 players on each roster, including goaltenders.
The following players are on the 20 man roster:
FORWARDS (11): J.F. Boutin, Chad Onufrechuk, Kevin Baker, Eric Schneider, Jason Spence, Lukas Smital, Jim Leger, Shaun Sutter, Dan Carlson, Blair Stayzer, and David Gove.
DEFENSEMAN (7): Mike Rodrigues, Brent Bilodeau, Kevin Clauson, Jeff Sullivan, Rob Sandrock, Philippe Roy, and Mark White.
GOALTENDERS (2): Frederic Deschenes, and Dany Sabourin
The Chiefs will face the Peoria Rivermen in the Kelly Cup Northwest division semi-finals. Game #1 will be tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. EST at Peoria's Carver Arena. Game #2 will also be in Peoria Wednesday night at 8:00 p.m. EST. The series will shift to Johnstown on Friday night for Game #3 at 7:30 p.m. Game #4 (if necessary) will be this Saturday at the War Memorial. Game #5 (if necessary) will be played on Tuesday, April 9th in Peoria at 8:00 p.m. EST. All of the games can be heard on WSPO 850 -AM and on the world wide web at www.johnstownchiefs.com
Tickets for the series are now available at the Cambria County War Memorial Box office or by charging by phone at (814) 536-5156 or 1-800-CHF-TIXX. Season ticket holders will have until 3:00 p.m. the day of the game to reserve their tickets.
